Although the majority of our work is carried out in Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey and Wiltshire, we do have clients located all over the UK. We also provide nationwide pest management and solutions for a number of large national companies.
OUR STAFF
All of our Pest Control Technicians are friendly, polite, well presented and helpful. All of our Pest Control Technicians are passionate about their careers and will want to assist you with whatever pest problems you may have.
EXPERIENCED
All of our Pest Control Technicians have worked within the pest control industry for the majority of their professional careers, helping them all to gain a wealth of expertise and knowledge within the pest control industry. No matter what your pest problem may be, we have the staff to assist you and professionally deal with your pest issues.
FULLY QUALIFIED
Our Pest Control Technicians are all fully trained to the national industry standards. Our qualified Pest Control Technicians will all have achieved a pass in either the RSPH Royal Society For Public Health, Level 2 Certificate In Pest Management or the BPCA British Pest Control Association Level 2 equivalent certificate.
TRAINING ON THE JOB
All of our apprentices will also be working hard towards obtaining their Level 2 qualification. Working daily within the industry, gaining experience and of course several recognised national training certificates as they progress towards gaining their Level 2 qualification.
We can provide our clients with copies of staff training certificates and qualifications on request.
DBS CHECKS
Our Pest Control Technicians are all DBS checked.
We can provide our clients with copies of DBS forms on request.
UNMARKED VEHICLES / DISCREET SERVICE
We believe that the vast majority of our customers wish to hide the fact that their home or business premises has a Pest Problem.
Therefore, at Test Valley Pest Control LTD, our Technician will visit your premises in a non-sign written vehicle.
We will not draw the attention of your neighbours nor your customers to your pest problem. We will not tarnish your companies good reputation by parking a sign written pest control van outside your property. Keeping your pest problem confidential is a priority to us.
Our staff also wear non sign written / logo free uniforms.
FULLY INSURED
We are fully insured and we can provide our clients with copies of our Public Liability Insurance and Employers Liability Insurance documents on request.
HEALTH & SAFETY / RISK ASSESSMENTS
Health and Safety policies, procedures and staff training are managed by KP Safety Solutions LTD. We can provide our clients with any required documentation on request.
